Rolleston College - Stage 2

The Rolleston College Expansion 2 project delivered essential learning infrastructure through a complex two-part development requiring three stages of building consents.

We constructed a new two-level teaching block spanning 3,200 m² alongside a 250 m² gymnasium extension, seamlessly integrating new facilities with existing structures.

Our in-house surveying team leveraged advanced Tekla 3D software to ensure precise alignment between old and new buildings, delivering a cohesive educational environment.
